FishburneTabs®SC for sample collection enable researchers to quickly and easily collect saliva samples from research participants.
The patented collection device is paper-based, with minimal environmental impact and incinerable disposal with clinical waste.
The Tab is simply placed onto the dorsum of the tongue to absorb saliva. The sample is then permitted to dry before storage in the -80 freezer. For analysis, simply take a punch biopsy of the saliva collection part of the tab and process it via standard elution and analysis protocols.
